Dan Braam is a vice president and Mortgage Department Manager out of our New Ulm office. With 38 years of mortgage lending expertise, Dan strives to bring the best experience to customers who place their trust in us. Originally from Rapid City, SD, Dan graduated from Mankato, MN and has been an active member in the community. He is a board member of Enterprise North Corp, Fairmont Farmers Mutual Insurance Company and Southern Minnesota School of Music. He is a past president of the City of New Ulm Economic Development Authority. Dan enjoys fishing for monster walleyes, hiking, camping, snowshoeing, photography and travel. Dan brings enhanced technology into our work environment to improve effectiveness while improving interactions with customers. He is proud to call himself a “technology geek”.
Lisa Schneider is a Mortgage Lender and vice president who assists with the New Ulm, La Salle, Lafayette, Watkins and Ormsby branches. Lisa was born and raised in New Ulm, MN and has been part of the mortgage industry for 23 years. She is involved with Network New Ulm Youth as a committee member. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball, making crafts, shopping, and going on adventures with family and friends. She loves the beach and mountains and makes a delicious spaghetti sauce!

Maria Anderson is located out of our New Ulm office and is a vice president with 38 years of mortgage lending experience. Maria is a New Ulm native and is involved with the Ivy House as a fundraising committee member. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends and loves to go shopping.

Michelle Sellner is a vice president and Mortgage Lender who works from our New Ulm and Lakeville offices. She has a total of 31 years in the mortgage industry, with the last 28 years in New Ulm. Michelle is from Fairmont, MN and moved to Sleepy Eye, MN in her early years. Michelle is a member of the Brown County Economic Development Partnership and City of New Ulm Planning Commission. In her free time, Michelle likes to bake and collect Belleek Irish pottery.

Melissa Lambrecht is the Mortgage Loan Processor Manager from our New Ulm office. With nine years of processing experience, Melissa is a valuable asset to the team. She is from Madelia, MN and is a youth coach and volunteer for St Mary’s school and church. Melissa loves to fish, hunt and participate and watch any kind of sports event.
Lacey Stolt works out of our New Ulm office as a Mortgage Loan Processor. She has been part of the banking industry for 8 years, 4 of them as a processor. Lacey was born and raised in New Ulm, MN and is an active member in the community. She volunteers with Day of Caring, is a blood donor to the Red Cross, involved with Race to Raise 5K, donates to the Epilepsy Foundation and DAV and supports local businesses. Lacey loves anything furry and 4-legged and was 2nd Princess for New Ulm in 2004.

Breanne is involved at her daycare as the treasurer, participates in Day of Caring and a blood donor to the Red Cross. In her free time, Bre enjoys spending time with family, baking and decorating cookies.
Brooke Wilfahrt is a Mortgage Loan Processor out of our New Ulm office. Originally from Hamburg, MN, she graduated from Norwood Young America Central High School. Brooke is involved in Network New Ulm, Day of Caring, a blood donor to the Red Cross and is a past JV softball coach and Junior Achievement volunteer. In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking and being active.
